Thousands of miles from France, in the small town of Sonoma, Malorie tends to her cheese. She is the grand-niece of the famous Gerard Meadow, who settled in Sonoma back in the 1930's. Gerard honed his cheesemaking technique whilst
living in the old stone building that Mr. Viviani (The Sonoma Cheese Factory)
used to produce his cheese.

Malorie has taken her cheese to the heights of a form of art.
At least that is what she believes and who, indeed, would argue?
Not me! I would never argue with such a skilled cheesemaker hehe. Lovely illustration Shirley! Love all the details!! :)
ReplyDeleteAhhhhh, Cheese making is an art form, what a lucky mouse she is to know how to make her own cheese!
